A soft, fluffy cake made with Oreo biscuits, milk, sugar, and Eno. Perfect for a quick homemade treat!

Ingredients

  • Oreo biscuits – 1 packet
  • Sugar – as per taste
  • Milk – as required
  • Eno (fruit salt) – 1 packet

Method

  1. Crush biscuits: Blend Oreo biscuits in a mixer until fine powder.
  2. Add sugar: Mix sugar with the biscuit powder and blend again.
  3. Prepare batter: Transfer mixture into a bowl. Add 1 packet Eno and pour milk slowly. Whisk into a smooth batter.
  4. Bake: Pour batter into a greased mold/tray and bake in oven until cooked through.
  5. Cool & serve: Let it cool slightly, slice, and serve fresh.

Pro Tips

  • Do not overmix after adding Eno – it helps keep the cake soft and fluffy.
  • You can top with chocolate syrup, sprinkles, or whipped cream for extra flavor.
  • If you don’t have an oven, you can also steam the batter for ~20–25 minutes.
