Ingredients

  • Whipping Cream – 463 Gms
  • Cold Whipping Cream – 463 Gms
  • Sugar – 92 Gms
  • Vanilla Pod – 2 Gms
  • Mascarpone Cheese – 92 Gms
  • Nutella – as desired (for flavor & layering)
Total: ~1112 Gms (before adding Nutella)

Method

  1. Whip the Cream: In a large, chilled bowl, combine the whipping cream, cold whipping cream, sugar, and the seeds from the vanilla pod. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overmix.
  2. Add Mascarpone: Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream mixture using a spatula. Mix until just combined and the texture is smooth and uniform.
  3. Assemble: Spoon a layer of the cream mixture into your serving glasses or a large bowl. Add a layer of Nutella, spreading it evenly. Repeat the layers until you've used all the cream mixture, finishing with a final layer of cream.
  4. Chill & Serve: Cover the dessert and place it in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to allow it to set. Serve chilled, garnished with a drizzle of Nutella, a few hazelnuts, or a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
