Easy Chicken Curry

Introduction
This easy chicken curry is rich, flavorful, and perfect for a comforting meal. Made with aromatic spices and tender chicken, it pairs wonderfully with rice or naan.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken (cut into pieces)
- 2 onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tomatoes (pureed)
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
- Stir in curry powder and tomato puree; cook 5 minutes.
- Pour in coconut milk; simmer until chicken is cooked.
- Serve hot with rice or naan.
