Creamy Alfredo Pasta

Introduction

Alfredo pasta is a classic Italian comfort food with a creamy, cheesy sauce that melts in your mouth. This simple recipe is perfect for a quick dinner in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 250 g fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add parmesan cheese; stir until sauce is smooth.
  5. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
