Creamy Alfredo Pasta

Introduction

Ingredients
- 250 g fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add parmesan cheese; stir until sauce is smooth.
