Healthy Vegetable Soup

Introduction
A warm and nutritious vegetable soup packed with carrots, peas, beans, and spices. Perfect for a light dinner or as a starter.
Ingredients
- 2 carrots (chopped)
- 1 potato (diced)
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat a little oil in a pot and sauté onion until soft.
- Add carrots, potatoes, beans, and peas; stir for 2 minutes.
- Pour in vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot with bread or crackers.
