Ingredients

  • Carrots: 2 (chopped)
  • Potato: 1 (diced)
  • Green Beans: ½ cup
  • Peas: ½ cup
  • Onion: 1 (chopped)
  • Vegetable Broth: 3 cups
  • Black Pepper: 1 tsp
  • Salt: to taste

Method

  1. Sauté Onions: Heat a little oil in a large pot or saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft and translucent.
  2. Add Vegetables: Add the chopped carrots, diced potato, green beans, and peas to the pot. Stir the vegetables for about 2 minutes to let them begin to cook slightly.
