Healthy Vegetable Soup

Introduction

A warm and nutritious vegetable soup packed with carrots, peas, beans, and spices. Perfect for a light dinner or as a starter.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots (chopped)
  • 1 potato (diced)
  • 1/2 cup green beans
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a little oil in a pot and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add carrots, potatoes, beans, and peas; stir for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve hot with bread or crackers.
